Chop with the bone 1/2-3/4

Description
The traditional "chop" of pork, with the bone, is excellent on the BBQ, in the oven or simply in the pan. The pork is at its best when still a little pink.

Weight : 250 g
Thawing time : 35 min
Cooking technique : Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle à feu mi-élevé. Cuire les côtelettes 4 à 5 minutes (pour les 1/2''), 8 à 10 minutes (pour les celles de 3/4''-1''), en ne les tournant qu'une seule fois.
